During the Ice age, which was about 10 to 30,000 years ago, give or take, so much of the water was locked up in glaciers that the sea level was 500 feet or so lower. So the Atlantic and Pacific Coasts were way way out there.

If you look at a Google map, and i'm guessing on this, you can see some light blue on the Atlantic Coast, and I"m guessing those were the coasts during the Ice Age.

Apparently there was a shortage of rapes, theft and assaults, and that shortage is on its way to being remedied.

The nursing homes and the public hospitals have been leading the way to remedy the shortage of dead people.

Others might see the same thing and see it as Democrats doing an amazingly shitty job.

It depends on the government.

If the mayor wants fighting on the streets and tells the police to stop enforcing the laws, and there is fighting in the streets there will continue to be such. The governor will be able to stop the violence as well. And it wouldn't be hard to do at all.

Is there really a shortage of National Guard in any state? Is the National Guard outtrained, or outgunned? No, not at all and not even close.

Theres the posse com that serves as a barrier to Trump taking action. But the local cops and state national guard would be able to fix the civil unrest fairly quickly.

this is a joke, a scam, a skit, etc.

The mayors and governors where this is happening are simply not doing their jobs.

If they decided to do their jobs, problem solved quickly.

Did someone vote for mob rule?

If someone kidnapped this mayor, would that be democracy?

Or is she saying that a ridiculously negligent mayor is a part of democracy?
