early on, anons understood 'extradition' in the traditional sense - that HRC and other swamp critters would attempt to flee to NZ, Vatican City, or other friendly places from which the DOJ would have to seek their extradition.
But the appearance of Autonomous Zones raises a new possibility - that swamp critters fleeing prosecution might flock to these zones. As they are constructed today, it would be simple for law enforcement to extract a fugitive from something like the CHAZ.
However, if the autonomous zones grow in size, number, and int'l recognition - let's say they have UN peacekeepers guarding them - then it would be a lot harder to grab fugitives there.
