If the Seattle autonomous "zone" allows people to build decks without permits, refuse vaccines, homeschool children without interference, sell lemonade without health certificates, etc. I might move there.

Having a concert is one of the obvious things to do. I don't know how masks and "distancing" could possibly be enforced. Might make a nice event.

Remember the California city where residents were threatened with utilities being shut off if businesses opened too soon? I guess running a restaurant or small business is more "dangerous" to the left than rioting.
