When/if POTUS cracks down militarily on the zones, they will censure him just as we did to Saddam and Gaddhafi and the Ayatollah. They will lobby for UN peacekeepers to guarantee the CHAZ residents' human rights.

Soros knows the formula is simple.

Send free shit (food, drugs, drink) and create a party atmosphere. Lots of people, mostly losers, can't resist free shit.

From there, the abundance of high/inebriated women (who showed up for free shit) will draw men (even those uninterested in free food/drink) for the easy sex.

Then add in your hard-core jihadis who see there is no law enforcement there, so the autonomous zones become great places to hid weapons & personnel.

in the honeymoon phase of each autonomous zone, it will naturally expand as it's considered a fun place to be. When people realize their neghborhood warlord is a towelhead who likes beheading Christians and white people and raping blondes, it will be too late for them to escape.
