17 and Q+, The RVA P.D. was just witnessed at the General Robert E. Lee statue, 6 units, shining their spot lights on the monument. Not sure if they had good or bad intentions, however if that statue falls or is taken down in any way, they definitely were in on it. No one would have the ability to take it down without their witnessing the crime.
