Expecting someone in government to shrink and liquidate the very programs/entities they work for would mean cutting off their paycheck (a little asinine to expect) and seeking work in the private sector like so many other ordinary Americans are required to do in order to make a living - other than starting your own business which is nearly impossible unless being a trust fund baby.
