Anyone familiar with different dog breeds knows that some are much smarter than others, and they all have a different range of abilities and skill-sets.

Is it more Compassionate and Just to ignore the physiological reality of the differences among peoples of the world and act like everyone is equally capable integrating into a homogeneous society despite vast differences in cultural practices and natural personality behaviors?

I think the ethos of multiculturalism is a misguided utopian vision that has clouded our generation's vision, thus leading to movements like BLM that is based on perennial perceived injustice. Peoples naturally segregate along lines of belief and commons held practices and motivations, to force them to integrate and obey commands and social manipulation from on high invariably leads to conflict.
