>In 4 Years in 1 State, 100’s of Cops Charged with Felonies, Like Raping Kids — 0 Have Gone to Jail

This is nothing new.

Not exclusive to one state either

Fucked up, too, because victims can't even report their assaults, as the people they would report the crimes to are part of the problem, and the perps have access to all types information about victims and their families. So, the second one catches wind of potential investigation or whatever, they have ample time to act, hoping to cover tracks, threaten, or even kill to protect their hides.

It's fucked up. I know a few people, personally, who were sexually assaulted and/or abused by police officers. A common theme seems to be that an officer would give an offender a "free pass" if this or that was done. However, once the official crosses a line, not only does the person have to fear for their life and safety, along with that of family members, if they did report the assault, often they'll convict themselves of the crime by admitting to authorities whatever it is they did. However, the accusation against the officer, is often ignored as "hear-say" by prosecutors and/or authorities, and can be difficult to "prove" in a court of "law".

Additionally, the cops are often treated by courts as "respectable" figures, where as ordinary citizens are typically treated as guilty, regardless of innocence, simply for being present in a court room on the "wrong side of the law". Also, some officers do have ties to the community, where the average citizen thinks highly of them, kind of like priests. So, they find it "hard to believe" that person-so-and-so could ever commit such a terrible crime. The victim then becomes the "bad guy" in the eye of the community for "slandering" the reputation of a psychopath acting as an authority figure. It's incredibly disturbing to say the least. Had one of these cops even try to run for mayor in my city, despite numerous instances of "misconduct". Thankfully, they didn't win, but they have been involved in community politics for quite some time. It doesn't take Jeffery Epstein money to get away with this type of shit. Very fucked up world, sadly...
