In the Alan Watts source from which the lyrics of "Come Together" were drawn, I think an important part is found in the use of the words "happening" and "watching". Q has used these terms frequently. Alan Watts speaks of the inner and outer worlds coming together, happening and watching being parts of the participatory experience of reality. We are watching a movie, but not merely as outsiders to which it is happening … the movie also brings together our inner world (aware of the cabal) and the outer world (becoming aware of the cabal), and in a sense this is something we're all doing together, a happening in which the entire world participates (albeit in different ways).
