municipal gov't apparently bankrupt
they've held everything in trust for us since 1933 or before
that trust collapses when they are done going bankrupt, assets revert to the people and territorial gov't.
municipal gov't runs the cops
territorial gov't is the sheriffs, if i have it right.
DJT is POTUS of both, has to wait until municipal bankruptcy and collapse of (fraudulent) trust refunds territorial gov't to act on some things. if i have it right.
