Black Lives Matter mural in Charlotte damaged by tire marks, police are investigating
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department said they are investigating an incident surrounding a Black Lives Matter painting in uptown Charlotte.
According to several videos from people in uptown, the painting appears to have been defaced by tire marks.
