I think Q needs us to focus on why we want the old government to be taken down. I interpret that as pointing out all of the things that different governments are doing that are making the citizens unsafe or is against their wishes. Campaigning against them using their failures.
For examples: allowing the looting and violence; defunding the police; placing covid positive patients into nursing homes; accepting political donations from BLM…
