Black Lives Matter had to submit for those grants so there must be a paper trail.

Look at the number: 91 people just stepped up and helped this forgotten family out.
This is what TOGETHER WE WIN means.
They will never know us, they will never meet us. They get no air-time or fanfare.
But Americans (and maybe other Patriots) stepped up to help out, even if we're having our own hard times right now.
That's what we DO. We help those who need it, pitch in, clean up, build and rebuild if necessary. We do what it takes.
