jogger passes out in wendys drive thru and backs the line up around the building. Cops get called and brawl ensues between jogger and two cops. Jogger steals one of the cops tasers and runs off with two polices officers chasing him. Jogger turns around and fires the stolen taser and one of the cops lights him up.
