Not specifically, but Q reminded us that POTUS never advertises his military plans for the world to hear. So, POTUS more than likely set the cabal up by saying we were pulling out of Syria. Good guys knew there would be a false flag.
POTUS knew about the cabal in 2013. With the posts earlier today about him and JFK Jr. being friends, I wonder how long POTUS has known the truth.
