This bill has some outrageous provisions. One anon says parents can file for exemptions, BUT you must know that exemptions will only be granted to parents who complete the standardized form, which was prepared and debuted last year by the state health dictators. That form forces parents to testify against themselves and state under oath that they are aware that their decision to deviate in any way at all from the ever-expanding schedule of mandated jabs WILL ENDANGER THEIR CHILDREN. When a parent signs this form, he or she has handed the government child-snatching goons all the "evidence" they need.
This bill IS NOT benign. It also achieves something the state medical dictators have been vying for endlessly: Mandating that data from all children and families is collected and stored in a totally non-secured database, just waiting for horrific abuses to occur.
Enter the child snatchers again: the database makes it easy for them to fulfill orders from paedophiles. They can easily search for age, weight, hair and eye color, name and address, etc. Then sort by exemption status, and just go kidnap any child who meets the paedophiles' specifications. This bill makes it so EASY for such abuses to occur. Families will have ZERO privacy and the database (which already exists, but had been widely avoided by parents with any sense) is just sitting there waiting to be exploited.
Well, since the medical dictators are winning at the state level, I guess we need to all concentrate on the CDC's list of "recommended" jabs. All the states of which I'm aware base their laws on whatever the CDC recommends.
Time to focus efforts on exposing the corrupt people and fake "science" spewing from the CDC. Give the list of recommended jabs a haircut!

The standard form they plan to use was introduced last year, and then they had to stand down because of massive opposition from parents. Why the opposition to a simple form? Because it forces parents to declare under penalty of perjury that they are KNOWINGLY ENDANGERING their child. It's an utterly un-American form. Last year's tussle resulted in parents being able to state their case simply and in their own words. This new bill reinstates the power of the uncaring bureaucracy over the parents' natural authority.
