Guise! As I slept, I think I came up with the perfect solution for our little race problems.
First, we should have racial quotas for universities, and testing programs that favor minorities!
Then dumb down our tests (I know, I know, not meaning to be mean, but just saying) for hiring them.
We should institute racial and gender hiring quotas that favor the black, hispanic, women, and other minority populations!
Then, when they are hired on board these companies, once they are there for say 3 months
and have learned the ropes, then promote them up a few notches instead of people who have deserved it!
Important key to the whole equation:
We want to retain them to ensure the numbers show that they love working for us
so even if they are sleeping at their positions 24/7 we won’t say a word
we’ll make them untouchable and eventually they’ll become Vice Presidents of our beloved companies, universities, and government agencies
And we’ll have enforced diversity for board members and CEO’s
Then they won’t be so mad, right?
