Be Careful What You Wish For

The song that was ACTUALLY playing at Altemont when Meridith Hunter was slain was Sympathy for the Devil

The Hell's Angel wasn't acquitted because Hunter had a gun (he never pulled it), rather because the stab he was seen making was in a downward direction while the mortal wounds were upward.

It's FOREVER recorded in American Pie at 5:15 for who CHOOSE to KNOW.

Jack (Flash) = Mick Jagger

Oh, and there we were all in one place, a generation lost in space

With no time left to start again

So come on, Jack be nimble, Jack be quick, Jack Flash sat on a candlestick

'Cause fire is the devil's only friend

Oh, and as I watched him on the stage

My hands were clenched in fists of rage

No angel born in Hell

Could break that Satan's spell

And as the flames climbed high into the night

To light the sacrificial rite

I saw Satan laughing with delight

The day the music died

They went to GREAT lengths to change this narrative the way they always do, with Hollywood and evidence-removing burglaries, but the ORIGINAL Rolling Stone article had it right.

I'm not so sure we should be cheering on a group of Hell's Angels heading to Seattle, if that's what's really happening. Those who ignore history are bound to repeat it.
