bankers funded both sides because they needed ONE country on this continent because ONE country is easier to control than TWO countries. the north won because, frankly, that's where the infrastructure was to run a country from. as soon as the dust settled, they had 650000 fewer white christians to deal with and only one person left to kill…lincoln himself. with great dispatch they put people in place to get to 1871 where the bankers/corporations took over for good.

the civil war happened when it happened because the south had to be defeated. why? because slavery was going away anyway…abolitionists were winning and were right plus the industrial revolution would replace manual labor derived from slavery. lot easier and cheaper to turn on a machine than take care of a family of slaves. so, whomever controlled the south when slavery ended would be very wealthy and powerful. the north had to capture and overtake the south…their main competitor. that's what it was about…putting the south to its knees so carpetbaggers could buy-up the southern land and the power that would go with it for pennies on the dollar from a defeated enemy. this was not a civil war…it was a corporate war…a war between two separate countries that resulted in a unification where one group was permanently subdued.
