Any item(s) of value lost due to civil unrest, rioting, looting, and other such tomfoolery should be listed, along with purchase receipt, date of sale, detailed description of purpose, having been notarized (with sworn affidavit) and stamped before April 15 of the current year, may be submitted against income of said year, provided that civil shenanigans also took place within the same 12-month period.
