Should have taken his keys and let the guy walk home. Once he took that breathalyzer he stepped into his own arrest. Duh!
I'm not too familiar with what happened other than the full video. It just seemed so senseless that the guy is dead one day after his child's birthday. Drunk in public is not as serious as a DUI as that stays within your records forever.
Yeah but before the arrest the guy was clearly confused, drunk but not combative.. Cops could have driven him home like they used to, or let him walk away. Senseless killing.
