Regarding Rose/Icke 4, 2 things David Icke missed:

Snapchat since 2016 has been providing filters for their users with facemask like coverings on them. This desensitized the youth, users of Snapchat to this mask wearing phenomena. This is known as predictive programming, and is something Mr. Icke should be aware of. Attached via this link ( https://imgur.com/a/JepX2OK ) are 2 results that come up on Google Images from 2017. These filters were extremely popular, and if you show them to anyone between the age of 10 and 30, they will know exactly what they are.

Regarding David's point on the use of masks to prevent people from seeing and connecting with each other, there is a fair bit of research backing this up. There is a rule in communications called the 7/38/55 rule, which states that 7% of communication is the words used, 38% is the tone used, and 55% is the body/facial language used. Here's a link to a brief overview of that theory - https://www.rightattitudes.com/2008/10/04/7-38-55-rule-personal-communication/
