1. 10 year tax holiday. Once every 10 years, by the individual taxpayer's own choosing, no federal tax is due no matter what the amount due would have been. In the holiday year, you don't file your regular return, but instead a simple form to claim your holiday.

2. If mail-in ballots change the result of the vote without mail-in ballots, then a run off vote is held between the two different winners where only in person or notarized absentee votes are allowed.
