They are heading north on 8th from Madison
That can get them back to Cap Hill if the head east at the Convention center…
Or 8th goes directly to the West Precinct a few blocks further north

But some are still saying that they are headed to West Precinct
If so they are 3-5 mins from the West Precinct

Ambulance just left the border of CHAZ/CHOP. One guy said he showed up with the person they took away, who allegedly took a mixture of “stuff” and became unresponsive
