Tobias Kleitman. I've finally identified one of those that helps shield ownership, including foreign, of private jets from public view.

Finally made a breakthrough on TVPX. This is a blind ownership service that I run into alot. About as common as Bank of Utah Trustee when it comes to hiding ownership of private jets.

TVPX LAUNCHES NEW AIRCRAFT REGISTRATION SERVICE

ALASDAIR WHYTE24th October 2014, 5:31

TVPX, the provider of 1031 exchange services that allow owners to defer tax, has launched new Federal Aviation Administration aircraft registration and owner trust services. The new services are designed to help foreign aircraft owners who wish to use the US FAA aircraft registry.

Many non-US owners have used Non-Citizenship Trusts to register aircraft in the US, however in 2013 new clarification for foreign companies and individuals came into effect.

โ€œRecent clarifications of aircraft registration policy have made the registration process for non-US citizens more challenging,โ€ said Tobias Kleitman, President of TVPX. โ€œOur extensive experience in documenting and closing thousands of tax-related aircraft transactions through the FAA makes us uniquely qualified to offer quality, cost-effective FAA owner trust services. We are eager to help aircraft owners solve their FAA registration issues.โ€

โ€œOur extensive experience in documenting and closing thousands of tax-related aircraft transactions through the FAA makes us uniquely qualified to offer quality, cost-effective FAA owner trust services. We are eager to help aircraft owners solve their FAA registration issues.โ€

TVPX will handle all documentation and status updates to avoid owners from missing future FAA notices. TVPX will also work with client advisors to tailor documents to specific needs with simple and competitive fee structures.

โ€œOur FAA-approved owner trust documents, streamlined transactional processes, and close, professional working relationships with aviation attorneys, escrow companies, lenders, manufacturers, brokers and dealers allow us to provide an unsurpassed level of service to our clientele,โ€ said Jeffrey Towers, Vice President and General Counsel of TVPX.

Thanks anon. Just to be clear. And customs is YUGE deal! But my primary concern with this, and why I feel good about this digg is this. We have all these well heeled big wheels flying around overhead at high speed in complete anonymity. And if they tell Flight Aware not to display their flight plans then where they are going is also hidden from public view. Although usually with ADS-B we can where they came from. I believe the public has a right to know these things. Although it would probably completely break many a spook operation. The anonymous private jet i the new unmarked van of the 21st century. And that shit needs to stop. Or at least get heavily regulated. I can't believe I just said that.
