First question I asked myself; Does this ruling finish off girls' sports? If I read this correctly, saying, "I'm a girl", would override a birth certificate gender rule to protect girls from competing against transgenders. I don't think a trans would even need to show MD prescribed hormone therapy. Are locker room shower rules even enforceable?

And, in the workplace:

How about a poor performing employee who changes "identity" to avoid getting axed? Is any bathroom rule now been rendered illegal?
