Unusual to go on press before lawyers have released a book for print. This is all digital presses, so it's possible that it has been printed but the signatures have not yet been "bound". You can bet the editors (and Bolton) have press proofs, though.

People who like yelling at the TV tune in at 9 PM for Hannity after switching over from TMZ.
