HRC will come down ill a day or two before September 9. JW will seek an order to compel appearance, and the judge will re-schedule. And then it will happen a second time. On the third time, the judge will threaten incarceration, and set a date after November 3.

once HRC lost on appeal, the court should have set a date within 10 court days. the fact that the court set it so far out is a bad omen. HRC has plenty of wiggle room to push it out past the election.
