This phrase could mean so many things, making money drop like rain, making indictments drop like rain.

 

But I think it has more to do with the gathering force of people's anger as they awaken, and become angry towards the promoted divisiveness/disunity, restrictions, and falsehoods. All this awakened anger affects weather patterns in our natural world. This June, I especially see these extreme weather outcomes in Canada where more and more anger surges at Trudeau's actions/policies.
