Not sure it's debunked. If it says it's a Certified Copy from the "Republic of Kenya", wouldn't it use a new form if it was issued after statehood?
I got a duplicate of one of my college transcripts later in life, after it had changed from college status to a state university. The new transcript was on state u paper…
Just thinking it's possible the birth cert was issued after the fact…
