The only way to fix it now is to take complete control of congress and have them specifically state the definition of sex is the biological sex of the person, not their “preference”.

I’m thinking that 6 judges (gorsuch and roberts joining) is questionable, it would have made everyone hate roberts more if he was the lone conservative to join in, gorsuch may have been doing it to get all the feminazis off his back.

It could all be a play as well if the GOP is confident that they can win congress in a veto proof majority, then they have no problem whatsoever in changing the laws definition.

Either way, we need a veto proof majority in congress to fix this.
