There are a lot of bad things a person can choose to do, and seek rehabilitation for. They can exert the effort to stay "clean" from whatever their hang up is, and do as well as they want to. If they slip up, and relapse, they're harming themselves and possibly relationships. If a pedo relapses, lives are ruined. I feel your pain, but I don't see how we let them live, to be quite honest…
