For starters, it gives the left a false sense of security. If Supreme Court decisions were already starting to lean right, then they'd feel moar of a necessity to elect a democratic president. We've now seen a couple decisions that were made that look as if our judges are either comped or catering to the mob. This gives normies the impression that decisions are not necessarily based on party lines.
It may seem like a bust, right now, but it could be just for show. Give the appearance of neutrality on an issue that doesn't really risk the safety of the Nation. But when the right moment comes along, we'll be ready to play our Trump cards FTW! At least I hope so, kek. Otherwise, we're fucked
