Fort Worth Texas here. Long series of booms - fireworks not gunshots. Lasted nearly 4 or 5 minutes.
Extremely Unusual but I noted last night in the thread and even got a notable when I mentioned the fireworks going off nightly.
Never anything like what I just heard from 2245-2252 CST aside from actual holiday firework displays. Couldn't see anything but a lot of big trees around.
