This is a wild guess: Since that building was four miles behind the DMZ, I wonder if NK blew it up because the thing was bugged to all hell (like the White House at the beginning of Trump's term), and the Norks couldn't clean it, so they decided to blow it up instead. The SK govt is cabal af, so this would make sense that this is something that Kim would do to disconnect from the cabal. Just a hypthosis on wtf happened.

IIRC I think Kim's sister put out a statement a few days back basically condemning the building and basically saying she'd blow it up. That wasn't a threat, that was her confirming that the building was compromised and that she was telling everyone that they were going to blow it up.
