Answer:
No. In the 50's 60's police was the "friendly helper" style. In the 70's to 90's there was a slow shift into being "the masters over the population" as it is in most of the world today. But, after the huge reorganization around 2010-2015 about when what you call the "invasion" started it all went downhill. Something else took over about then. [freemasons]
