Assuming Trump and the patriots are actually trying to help us, what is the end game here? They are allowing the economy to crash and burn? How many hundreds of millions of people will that affect? It looks to me like they are pushing for hyperinflation.

Given that most Americans have no savings, this may not be too terrible in the short term for us. (But pensioners, people on fixed income, etc. will absolutely become destitute.)

Any foreign savings in dollars will be completely wiped out.

So it's as if there is a transfer of money from foreign savers (think China, Japan, Saudi Arabia, UAE) to the US government, US corporations, holders of stock/gold/silver, and other actual assets.

The dollar will be completely wiped out. Think Argentina except times 1000 because the dollar is currently the reserve currency.

By the way, it won't be the reserve currency anymore. That's going to end. So these foreign governments will stop lending us money which means the government is going to have to shrink.

Maybe that's the plan? That's going to cause a hell of a lot of suffering.

But the alternative, to have been upfront with the country, telling them that the economy was in shambles would have caused a rush out of the dollar, interest rates would rise, the economy would crash.

Rock, meet the hard place.

Folks, position yourselves to handle a collapse of the dollar. That means you should have real assets, not dollars. This isn't going to end well anyway you look at it.
