my fellow anons, the guides are drawn, the measurments are in and the conclusions are made self evident:

lucky number 13 gets his / her head hanging by a flap or two of skin … not a roller!

lucky number 14 & 15 will suffer spinal cord severance and a slow agonizing death with only a partial decap if the shock doesn't kill them outright … not rollers!
it is the recommendation that HRC and BHO be assigned 14 and 15 respectively
however, i defer to the anon panel of justice for these position assignments.
