MKUltra uses tools and processes to get the job done.
There are times when people are demonized just to show the glory and power of God in freeing them.
The question is a bit silly.
do you understand that a person does not have to go through MKUltra to be demonized, or are you equating them?

The demon will react violently to certain things. It can be done without its knowledge. But someone better know what the hell they are doing if they attempt it.

They will install a demon of escape.
They will install a demon of suicide in case they try to talk or seriously pray.
You can have a dozen different specialties built in.
