Dear Q,

I'm having my life ruined by corrupt individuals employed in various positions/organizations (including the family courts), for nothing more than reporting obvious neglect, abuse and now molestation of my child.

This has been going on for over 4 years and has escalated to a point beyond frightening. The local police have been an extreme disappointment and defer everything to the corrupt court. I have contacted several agencies, including the FBI more than once and the White House directly. The FBI has not gotten back to me. The WH said they would forward it to the appropriate agency.

Yet, while my child continues to suffer abuse, I am having my rights trampled upon, my financial-security obliterated, being openly sexually-discriminated against and being framed in a court of law.

Why? Because I warned about all of this for years and nothing was done. And now that my child has been molested, I believe these people fear they will be found to be at fault for not acting sooner, hence them instead just trying to bury me.

I have spent thousands on attorneys. It's pretty clear that no one wants to shit in their own back yard on this.

My question to you, Q, is; Given I have gone through all the proper channels and have not been able to find my daughter relief, who do you suggest I contact?

I'm not perfect, but I'm a damn good father. And I am truly desperate to protect my daughter, whom I sincerely believe is in great danger. Please help. Anyone.

Yes, have spent thousands on attorneys. But, like I said, it seems many are reluctant to shit in their own backyard. My attorney agrees that I am the victim of a witch-hunt here. And my attorney is fantastic. But keep in kind, they've got to work in this town after I'm gone. And even if they wanted to take them on, it seems there is really no one to hold the courts accountable if they decide you could be potential lawsuit waiting to happen.

I can't give too many details without doxxing myself. My 1st amendment right to speak about this on social-media has been threatened by the judge. (After I posted about their failure to act after my child had been molested, they dropped their investigation and are now attempting to frame me for neglect… Why? For reporting neglect and abuse. I kid you not. And their own witnesses have even demonstrated I acted completely appropriately and had more than reasonable cause to report and document such incidents.)

Like I said, can't say too much without doxxing, but the details would cause you to lose faith in our justice-system rather quickly. At least, that's what it's surely done to me.

You should hear these people at the family courts talk about the Constitution. They laugh about it, like it's a fu*king joke.

Man, I'm way past that… I contacted my congressman after CPS ignored us for over 3 weeks, following my child expressing she'd been molested the first time. The Senators assistant said he spoke directly to the Director and that they would call me back shortly. Never got that call. When it happened again and we were ignored again, I popped off about nothing being done. Like any good father would.

I have asked my attorney to contact the NYSBA, the court administrator and to seek a change of venue. I get the run around…
