Need help with a clip I'm trying to locate. Its a scene where some guy is walking through a archive and he mentions 10 days of darkness and how his mother still cries because she didn't backup her family photos that were stored on the cloud. cant recall the name of the movie. anyone?

its like a giant room where there are rows upon rows of files stored. only paper survived the blackout. and he mentions bank records being destroyed.
