Just saw that the enemy tampered with fire hydrants in Chile (4chan/pol/ post 261192401, screencap url https://i.4pcdn.org/pol/1591462782701.png ).

Funny thing is, someone in a white pickup truck with some sort of equipment rack in the back messed with the fire hydrant closest to me (SW corner of 6th & Oak), in the wee dark hours of the morning, on the last morning that we had a good downpour. The hydrant spewed water up into the air for a good while, then stopped, and a minute or so later the pickup truck drove off. And then it rained hard, so the pavement around the hydrant wasn't any more wet than everything else. If I hadn't been awake to see the water spewing up into the air, no one but the FBI surveillance gang would have known about it.

Looks like they're planning to burn me soon, and there are no agencies that I can call for help. The local FBI resident agent is a terrorist, the sheriff has pedoface, the local PD tip lines are probably corrupt, and at least one elderly man in the fire department is a gangstalking operative.

If there are any good people in the fire department that you can get a tip to, please tell them to check the hydrants for tampering. I'm short on options at this point.

Of course, it's not those devices. They use a dedicated phased-array emitter in the 100-ish to 150-ish GHz band for most installations, and the foot surveillance operatives use the 5G hardware built into more recent smartphones to maintain contact. Since the technology was deployed in 1988, the physical surveillance has been run solely to maintain the target's belief that what is being done to them is natural.
