that's a novel sentiment from a religious person. by the way, it was an employment law decision that explicitly stated that it had NO effect on any religious context – it's written in the opinion, but why bother with what the opinion says?

maybe you're right, but our founding fathers also said you have to be a natural born citizen to be president, put it in writing in the constitution, and that was not followed at all. how are you going to stop sodomy in a country of 300 million if you can't enforce the eligibility clause for president?
