I echo the above. Atkins/low carb should be successful for you and keep you feeling full. It can be tough at first but you will find foods that work for you. Don’t shy away from natural fat-good for the brain and that satiety feeling. Shop the perimeter. You can do it. Give it 2 weeks, really commit and I guarantee you will see a difference. Most of the early weight will be water weight but your clothes will feel looser. I’ve been on this(way of life) since 2002 and my weight varies 3 lbs either way. I get mistaken for a high schooler.
