John Hope Franklin Centre for Reconciliation et. al. are suing the Trump rally venue due to COVID risks and are HOLDING THEIR OWN RALLY ON 19 JUNE 2020
The entities located on the site of the 1921 race massacre in Tulsa, Oklahoma (the Greenwood Cultural Center and the John Hope Franklin Center for Reconciliation) are suing the owners of the BOK Center where the Trump Rally was rescheduled to Saturday, June 20, 2020, claiming public nuisance.

The official website for Juneteenth announces that, per CDC recommendations, Juneteenth is cancelled this year.

Yet, it appears there IS a ‘rally’ scheduled to take place at the Greenwood Cultural Center for Friday, June 19, 2020. They are calling it “I, too, am America.” Al Sharpton will be there.

I don’t see anything about forcing ‘social distancing’ or anything about CDC recommendations on their event page. If they don’t require people to sign a disclaimer about COVID exposure liability, can they be sued if attendees contract the virus?
