Is there a connection between Tamiko Bolton, the wife of George Soros, and John Robert Bolton who wrote his propaganda book against Trump?

I couldn't find a lot of information on her or her family as every site I went to didn't give a name to either one of her parents. After a lot of digging, on a forum page someone found that her father was a retired US Navy Commander named Robert J. Bolton.

Is it just me or does that similarity seem a little too convenient?
