>He turned and fired the Taser

A deliberate act intended to harm or kill.

>(single shot)

You only need one.

>and missed.

Just because he is bad at hurting someone does not negate the fact that he intentionally tried to hurt someone. If somebody swings a knife at you and misses that doesn't mean you just give up and stop fighting them even if they become disarmed in the attempt. They are still trying to kill you.

>After that, he was unarmed

Known to the officer how? Did the officer know for a fact that he didn't have any other weapons on hand?

>and shot in the back.

You don't magically become innocent of your previous crimes just because you decided to run for it at the end.

>THEN JUST FUCKING LEAK IT!!!!

Patriots do not leak.

>Why? It's been a regular occurrence for the past 4 years.

Patriots do not leak.

You do things correctly, by law. That's how to ensure the things you do are very very hard to undo. Look at how quickly Hussein's legacy was removed, because most of it wasn't done legally.

when you adjust for population, they're actually right where you would expect them to be. I suppose it helps to pander to the lowest dregs of society that way you can just consistently confirm their bias with absolutely no worry they look even 1 step further than a random squiggy line on a twitter post.

Not that this irrelevant political hack matter, though.

Papadopoulos tweet - IT'S TIME

NM SOS email - The Time Is Now

Is it legal for a SOS to promote BLM? and to issue a call to "decolonize" the US?

Are any other SOS sending out emails like this?

Thought it was a weird coincidence in the language.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,

This country was built on the backs of Black and Indigenous people. Monuments to that oppression and systems that maintain oppression must be removed to create a more just society that serves us all.

In Albuquerque, New Mexico, this week, protesters gathered peacefully to call for the removal of the โ€œLa Jornadaโ€ sculpture in front of the Albuquerque Museumโ€”a statue that features conquistador Juan de Oรฑate. A group of armed civilians then attacked protesters, shooting one man in the process. I am deeply upset by the actions of this group, which chose to interfere in a peaceful protest to remove a monument of suppression.

I want to be clear in my support of both the Black Lives Matter movement and the work to decolonize our country and to decriminalize black and brown lives.

Monuments to the confederacy and the conquistadors are monuments to oppression and horrifying injustice. Itโ€™s time to stop glorifying this ugly part of our past.

The time is now to remove these symbols of hate and suppression and to do the work to tear down structural and systemic racism in our nation. This is just the beginning.

Together, we can focus our work on ending voter suppression in this country and lifting the voices of Black and Indigenous people at the polls in our government.

To start, please check out the work done by Fair Fight in Georgia to end the attack on Georgia voters. What affects one voter affects us all.

Thank you,

Maggie

Let's get real a sec. If, and this is a big huge IF, but if the NSA is actively working to collaborate with Huber or some other FED AGs to build these complex cases, then why is Q asking Scalise if it can be proven? Flip the script a sec.

What legal roadblock is there keeping this military operation from rounding up the bad assets in all areas of American life (business, politics, legal, media, etc.)? Is this the optics part?

They destroyed the economy, killed people off, and caused riots just to take the next election. They are doing these things (seemingly) with impunity. Anons argue that they have to be allowed to break the law in order for there to be sealed indictments with their names on them. Fine. How much longer, though?
