During battle of Berkeley he was seen many times collaborating with the other riot managers, inciting patriots, managing useful idiots.
But here he is in a peaceful patriots march wearing gloves typical of operators. My initial reaction is he's infiltrating the patriots, maybe follow some of the most effective back to their cars or houses for future "direct action". That be arson/murder.
