I think there is some clarification needed for those who still do not understand the political spectrum as it is today. In the statement;
"“Germans began to lose faith in democracy and looked to extreme parties on the both the Left (the communists) and the Right (the Nazis) for quick and simple solutions.”
Could imply that conservatives are "NAZI like" in there philosophy due to being on the right. The enemy may try to use this distinction against us in that the full political spectrum is not defined. I've created basic graph that may help to differentiate the philosophies in a linear format.
Some elements in their positions may be debatable but this I think is a good representation.
