The CDC has been working on interesting stuff for quite a long time.

August 12, 1997: Courtney Brown does a Type 3 remote viewing session of the CDC. In his report: “There is technology here. One facet of this technology is associated with the transmission of radio signals.”

Book "Cosmic Explorers" by Courtney Brown, Ph.D., p. 80

The book is about Scientific Remote Viewing (SRV). Remote viewing has its origins in the procedures developed largely by Ingo Swann, working under contract at SRI International (formerly Stanford Research Institute) in a program that was funded by various United States governmental agencies, most notably the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This program began in the early 1970s and continued until 1989. In 1990 the government transferred its financial support to a program housed at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC).

Dr. Brown was using ESP skills to come up with this information above. I find it interesting that he focused on the radio technology and did not mention the germs. I'm guessing that he thought this was an error when he was reviewing the session later, but perhaps now we know better.

It should be noted that Dr. Brown did NOT know that the target was the CDC at the time of the session. Since this is a Type 3 session, he was just given the numbers 2680/1114 and was probably told that the target was a location and nothing more. This was a solo session without a monitor. He did not find out until later that the target was "CDC (current time)."

The remote viewing session isn't evidence by itself, but it is an indication that evidence might exist of this type of development as far back as 1997, which would be during the Clinton administration.

The possibly of radio tech in development at the CDC relates to Dr. Charles Lieber's work, I suspect, which I will go into further later in the timeline. He was working on creating microscopic transistors that could penetrate the cells of the body. The potential of the radio tech combined with the transistors suggests an exceptional invasion of the sovereignty of the body.

Just how long has the vaccine industry been working on their tagging system?

Is the metal already in the vaccines (mercury, aluminum) related to experiments into how the body will respond to such tech?

Since I neglected to remove the mention that I would provide further information about the work of Charle Lieber, I guess I should include it here.

January, 2011 – Harvard publishes an article about the work of Dr. Charles Lieber.

https://harvardmagazine.com/2011/01/virus-sized-transistors Jonathan Shaw, “Virus-Sized Transistors,” Harvard Magazine, January-February 2011.

The article begins, “IMAGINE BEING ABLE to signal an immune cell to generate antibodies that would fight bacteria or even cancer.” This ties the technology to immunology.

Notice that the article is written in past tense. This isn’t science fiction or some plan for the future. At the time of the writing, virus-sized transistor technology already existed. Notice also that the technology is designed to penetrate the cell membrane. This technology could potentially interfere with cell functions or perhaps even damage RNA or DNA. If this technology has the ability to replicate as well, it has the ability to cause extreme damage when it goes wrong.

It is thought that this technology may be used in the tracking technology that has been planned for vaccines. A vaccine could include these types of particles, and the person receiving it might never know it.

If requested, I'll post my timeline info later during night shift.
